- Helps create an environment for the project in which the project team can develop value undisturbed.
- Bears responsibility for the scrum process and its correct implementation.
- Liaises with and support the players involved, pursues maximum use and constant optimisation, clears obstacles.
- Ensures flow of information between product owner and team. Chairs scrum meetings.
